Ivan Lee, founder of Compass Quest International. Ivan started the company as an expression of his varied life passions and as a means to share them with others similarly interested in living life’s adventures.

Ivan holds a master’s degree in counseling and a second master’s in education. He  provides the company’s counseling, coaching, and consulting services in local and international arenas, having lived and served in multicultural settings over the last decade.

When it comes to the outdoors, Ivan is an avid traditional bowhunter, a PADI Divemaster, and a professional flyfishing guide, offering guiding services in each of these areas. He spends as much time as he can in the outdoors, and has even dovetailed his counseling and training programs with outdoor adventure experiences.

Andrew Chi oversees the marketing of Compass Quest International’s programs and services, as well as current F&B consulting projects.

Andrew began a corporate career in 1996 for a multinational company.  For 15 years, he applied business acumen in corporate management, operations and marketing.  Throughout this time, he de-stresses by cooking and creating/improvising new dishes as well as taking cooking lessons. Superb improvisation is Andrew’s trademark culinary gift, and he uses it well!

Andrew began visiting the Anambas Islands in September of 2009 and has since fallen in love with these amazing islands and its surrounding wilderness. He is an up and coming Advanced Open Water Diver and enjoys diving in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
